The 44th annual Delta Ag Expo is co-sponsored by the Delta Agricultural Exposition Corporation and the Mississippi State University Extension Service and will be held at the Bolivar County Expo Center in Cleveland, MS on Wednesday, January 18th, and Thursday, January 19th, 2017. This is an educational event that presents the latest technical information relating to agricultural crops grown in the Delta and surrounding area. This is accomplished annually by providing educational seminars highlighting the newest technology and research-proven agricultural information, as well as providing over 100 commercial exhibits representing every phase of agriculture. The 2017 Expo will host educational seminars by Mississippi State Extension Specialists. Session topics in this year s program will include water management, lenders, precision ag and soil management/IPM. This event provides the farmer an opportunity to talk with Extension and research personnel, commercial agriculture-related businesses, and to see the latest changes in technology first-hand, all under one roof. The hours for the 2017 Delta Ag Expo will be from 8:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18th, and from 8:30 a.m. 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 19th.
